By downloading or using Ingrained, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to the iOS application published by Elowin LLC.
Elowin LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ingrained on your iOS devices for your organization's internal program tracking purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or any portion of it.
Ingrained is intended for use by nonprofit organizations, community programs, and educational organizations to track participant attendance and program data. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Ingrained. Elowin LLC does not claim any rights to your organizational data. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions to collect and store participant data under applicable privacy laws (such as FERPA, COPPA, or state equivalents).
Ingrained optionally integrates with Google Sheets and Monday.com. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies. Elowin LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party platforms.
Ingrained offers a one-time upgrade purchase ($4.99) that unlocks cloud sync and additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's purchase terms. Proceeds support Deeply Ingrained, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted to Apple directly. Elowin LLC does not process refunds.
Ingrained is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Elowin LLC does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data stored through the app will be free from loss or corruption. You use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elowin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Ingrained, including any data loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
