We do not have access to your program data, participant names, or organizational records.
If you connect Google Sheets, Ingrained uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0). Your Google credentials are never seen or stored by Elowin. Your access token is stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore).
If you connect Monday.com, your API token is stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore) only.
Ingrained's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Ingrained requests only the drive.file scope, which limits the app's access to the specific Google Sheet you create or open through the app. Ingrained does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the app's core data-sync feature or as required by law.
Ingrained does not currently include any third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs. Apple and Google may collect aggregate, anonymized usage data through the App Store and Google Play as described in their respective privacy policies.
Ingrained is designed to help organizations track program participation. While the app may be used in programs serving minors, the app itself is intended for use by program staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app interface.
All data stored locally can be deleted at any time from Settings → Data Management → Reset App. Data stored in Google Sheets or Monday.com can be deleted directly from those platforms. Elowin has no copies of this data to delete on your behalf.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the bottom of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
